Website Redesign

When VTNZ was in the process of creating an updated website through an independent web-development team, I was brought on board to help guide the visual direction and ensure the website retained the brand's likeness, while updating the original design. With the requirement of a modular, block-component build, I proposed a clean and easy-to-navigate redesign, prioritising the user experience for all types of customers regardless of age or computer prowess.
Kiosk Design

With the introduction of several new interactive POS systems in their branches, I was responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience and implementing a connected visual language between the updated website and these new kiosks.
Internal Marketing

With a nation-wide team of over 1000 people, VTNZ required an array of internal marketing and documentation. I led the updating and future-proofing this specific area, as I believe the internal visual language of a business reflects how employees present the brand's imagery to customers. I created a range of templates for documents, presentations and signage to be distributed to the wider staff and create a consistent internal visual language between all VTNZ branches.
